Returns Policy

At Manor Drive we pride ourselves on offering a unique level of customer service, catered to each individual case.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase but in the event that you are not entirely satisfied we will arrange for a refund or exchange.

However, you acknowledge that all items sold at Manor Drive are second-hand, pre-owned by a third party. Even if the items have never been worn and have labels still intact they are considered to be second hand and sold on an “as is” basis. The stated price is designed to reflect the fact that the item is pre-owned.

When considering the purchase of any items please read the details, fitting and view all of the associated pictures. Where required, please contact us at to ask any further questions to avoid returns.

If you wish to return any Items to us:

We ask that you notify us, via email, at   with your reasons why within seven days of receiving the item. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving the item you are deemed to have accepted the purchase.

We will then respond with a returns authorisation number and ask that you send the item back to us by recorded delivery.

You must return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the returns authorisation number.

Please make sure you have insured the item during transit.  We accept no responsibility for items that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit. All insurance, postage and packaging costs for the return of the item is your responsibility.

Once the item has reached us it will be examined.

Please ensure you return items in the same condition as they reach you.

All items will be sent with Manor Drive return tags attached and some may also have original tags, dust bags, boxes and stickers. If any goods are found not to be in the same condition as sent out to you ( tags removed, original tag attachments replaced etc) we have the legal right to refuse a refund and the item will be returned to you at your own cost.

Once the item has been checked and the refund approved we will notify you via email within a reasonable period of time. You should keep a record of your refund approval notice.

Because you have cancelled the Contract between us, within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days to the day you gave us notice of the cancellation (return). In this case, we will refund the price of the items in full, less applicable delivery charges. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Returns outside the above time period shall only be accepted at our sole discretion and may only be refunded as a store credit.  Returns sent back without a returns authorisation number will not be accepted.
